Gluten-Free Kitchen

In 2017, just before turning the age of three, our daughter was diagnosed with Celiac Disease. This diagnosis caused an extreme amount of stress and anxiety in my household as we were unsure and overwhelmed with what creating and maintaining a gluten-free, safe living environment for our family would look like. After a great deal of research, cleaning and organizing, our home is now a Celiac-safe environment and our daughter is thriving in her new lifestyle. 

Not only do people who are diagnosed with Celiac Disease need to eat gluten-free foods, the threat of cross-contamination in a kitchen is of life and death importance. Working together, we will implement a system in which cross-contamination is eliminated and safe storage of gluten-free products is maintained. I will help you make this life transition smooth for everyone involved and make living a gluten-free life attainable and enjoyable for all.
